Are you someone with strong systems administration experience, with working knowledge of using Cvent event building platforms?
This is a great contract opportunity for a Cvent Events Systems Executive to join a professional membership body to help deliver their event delegate journey. This role is working for an extremely friendly, professional, and relaxed membership organisation; with a great culture, family feel, who encourage everyone to be the best they can be!
The Events Systems Executive will work closely with the Events team to deliver an excellent event experience for attendees. This will primarily focus on making the best use of event software (Cvent) to create an engaging impactful delegate journey from sign-up through to post event communications.

Key duties & responsibilities
• Design and maintain custom branded event sites to capture event registrations.
• Build engaging mobile event apps to connect attendees to content, other attendees and
• important event information.
• First point of contact for all event system queries and related projects.
• Project lead for event system related projects.
• Capture and analyse data to continually improve processes and the events experience.
• Regular review processes and systems to ensure the department is running as efficiently
• as possible.
• Provide system training to staff and branch representatives and maintain system training
• documents.
• Use of the membership database and collaboration with the membership department to
• ensure events systems are compatible and up to date with CRM (Salesforce).
• To provide administration for the events team, including tasks such as, but not limited to;
- Creating delegate badges;
- Creating delegate lists;
- Collating speaker presentations;
- Creation of evaluation forms and collation of results.
• Upload event listings to the main website.
• To carry out research on new functionality, platforms and products.

Skills and experience required:-
• Experience of systems administration, across different platforms (Cvent, Salesforce, Zoom)
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Good organisation and project management skills
• A good understanding of event software and delivery
• Articulate manner with excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Attention to detail, with a calm and methodical approach
• Strong administration skills
• Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, without sacrificing quality
• Ability to work/act using own initiative and be proactive
