We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our Client Services Team, a self-starter, with the opportunity for career progression as we build out a team in the ground in south Africa

**Responsibilities:**
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in London/UK.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand into target markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, business development, sales, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the South African market and business landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
