We are currently recruiting for an Interim Resourcing Partner for a UK based not-for-profit organisation. As a recruitment resourcing expert, you will be stepping into a busy role to cover a period of sabbatical leave. You will have solid experience of working in recruitment resourcing and high levels of stakeholder engagement
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Working closely with the People Partners and hiring managers to understand resourcing needs in line with business plan objectives and the People Strategy.
- Responsible for recruitment activity with support from the People Officers.
- Tasks include but are not limited to conducting scoping meetings, planning campaigns for success, sourcing candidates, managing and keeping the ATS up to date.
- Advising and coaching recruiting managers around recruitment best practice.
- Working with recruiting managers to optimise the use recruitment ATS.
- Upskilling our managers in the use of the different stages of the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract the best and most diverse talent to the organisation.
- Supervise the onboarding process and ensure adherence to all compliance and HR-related policies and guidelines.
- Embed and promote equity, diversity and inclusion at all times and at all stages of the recruitment process.
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive experience of delivering a high-quality resourcing and onboarding service in a variety of roles.
- Experienced in using innovative candidate attraction methods, especially for niche roles which are harder to fill.
- Commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion - A commitment to upholding EDI throughout employment and service delivery.
- Working together - Works collaboratively and successfully across different teams and levels (both internally and externally).
- CIPD qualified and/or professional equivalent experience / CIPD membership would also be.
- Highly IT literate with experience of working with a variety of recruitment ATS and HR systems.
- High levels of attention to detail with experience of producing and analysing recruitment data and trends.
