Office Administrator – Part-time
Part-time (3 or 4 days per week considered)
£22,500 – 3 days per week / £30,000 – 4 days per week (£37,500 FTE)
Fully office based, London Westminster
We are currently recruiting for a professional trade association who are looking for someone who is a skilled administrator to provide broad office administration support to support in this small and busy organisation.
Key duties:
- Planning a service of meeting and events throughout the year; investigate locations and book meeting venues, within agreed budget
- Liaise with technical and AV teams for meetings
- coordinate all meeting logistics with venue
- Sourcing restaurants for social events and dinners; research and book social event, within agreed budget; manage attendance schedule
- Organise travel, accommodation and visa applications
- Ensure all meetings are added to relevant calendars
- Facilities: liaise with building manager; security; office cleaners; maintenance contractors; ad hoc tasks as required / Arranging Air Conditioning servicing/ PAT Testing/ Fire Extinguisher maintenance / Biannual Fire Risk Assessment.
- Database management: maintain ‘clean’ records
- Reception duties: answering phone; client and meeting hospitality
- Managing stationary orders
- Trouble shooting with printer / photocopier and liaising with providers and suppliers
Experience required:
- This could suit someone who is looking to return to work
- Solid administration experience
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Able to manage lots of different duties and responsibilities
- Good attention to detail
- Solid customer service approach to work
- Good a building relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Some experience of small event planning would be advantageous
