Hello,

My client in Southampton is looking for a Building Envelope Designer due to expansion.

The Designer will be responsible for:

* Creating accurate detailed and layout drawings for roofing, cladding and rainscreen systems

* Producing material schedules

* Working on projects from the design stage through to construction, working in close partnership with architects and contractors.

Skills:

* Proven AutoCAD experience

* Building Envelope design skills (Roofing/Cladding/Rainscreen)

* Revit experience would be an advantage

* BIM / ISO19650 knowledge would be an advantage

* COBie Data Management knowledge would be an advantage

* Currently working in the construction industry

* Solidworks experience advantageous

* Good English language skills

Location: Southampton

Salary: £45k
