Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Excellent lead-generation support and administrative assistance provided My Client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Mortgage Adviser to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a portfolio of clients in the Sheffield area.

Key responsibilities for this Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor role:

Provide expert mortgage and financial advice to prospective home buyers and existing clients
Ability to work independently and utilise our client database to self-generate the majority of new business
Develop relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and match them with appropriate lending solutions
Proactively contact clients in our database to generate new business and make recommendations based on their financial situations
Prepare and submit mortgage applications, and guide clients through the approval process
Stay up-to-date with the latest mortgage and financial products, rates, and regulations Requirements:

You must have CeMap or equivalent
Authorisation to advise on mortgages and provide recommendations
Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly to clients
Willingness to handle administrative tasks related to the adviser role
Video interview will be required as part of the application process Perks:
