Your Role: As an HSE Support Specialist, you will work closely with our HSE Manager, playing a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment for all contractors involved in client projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the HSE Manager in implementing and maintaining safety protocols
* Managing administrative tasks such as permit issuing, RAMS reviews, and document collection
* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
* Supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis
* Proactively monitoring and correcting safety behaviours on-site
* Collaborating with the HSE Manager to conduct audits and inspections
* Contributing to new business development initiatives through your positive attitude and dedication to excellence
* Engaging in project work and continuous improvement activities
What you need:
* NEBOSH General certificate achieved or in progress
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations including CDM 2015, COSHH, LOLER, PUWER, RIDDOR, Work at Height, Manual Handling, and Welfare
* UK Driving License required
