We are all very good friends and would like someone to join with the intention of making this their home, starting with one month to ensure it works for everyone. Please note that below this bedroom is a separate rental section which we let out on a guesthouse basis - it is separate and private, so you'll need to observe quiet hours like any guesthouse premises (11pm-7am). On street parking is easily available.
Deposit of £250, and one month rent payable in advance, thereafter a rolling monthly basis. Bring your own bedding.
About us- we've all been good friends for many years, and work for ourselves. We enjoy dinner parties, wine, boating, sailing (we have a boat!), playing vinyl records, and antiques / quirky things. Alex is the keen home chef of the household, and the others like to eat. You'll often find us lounging in the front garden on sunny days, with a glass of something bubbly. We are quite an unusual trio but that makes life interesting! And, we get along with all age groups!
