START DATE NEGOTIABLE - Can the start date be moved?

In general, the answer is 'no'. When the previous tenants leave, the property is normally given 3 empty days for it to be professionally cleaned, furniture fixed/replaced, rooms and communal areas painted and carpets cleaned or replaced, as required. We would then look for the contract to start immediately after the clean period. If more work is required we might be able to extend the void period but normally the start date is fixed. You don?t need to move in on the start date but the contract will start.

Generally our properties are fully furnished with Ovens, Washing Machines and Fridge Freezers in the Kitchen. This does vary per property and some of the Studios don't have washing machines due to space. Most bedrooms have beds, wardrobes, desks and chairs. What is needed to move in?

If you like this property and would like to move in you will need to provide a deposit, the first month's rent in advance and a form of security either a UK home-owning guarantor or a larger deposit.
There is a reservation fee of one weeks rent per room which will be payable upon reservation and reserves the property for 7 days, provided you proceed with your reservation this payment forms part of your first months rent. Should you not move in to the property, this payment may be kept to cover costs.
