The house is based in Brislington, on Hungerford Road, it’s a lovely 3 bed with a decent kitchen diner and living room downstairs. It has easy links to the centre, and Brislington park and ride just up the road. It has a big garden and the room is a south facing room which looks over Knowle golf course, with lovely views of nature. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave etc etc, so it’s pretty well equipped!
A little about us, your potential house mates! There’s me, Eddie, who is a 31 year old engineer, I do project management for M&E with buildings etc. I love a pub, travelling, climbing, socialising with friends, fitness / gym and nature, so walks and exploring. I work from home 1-2 days a week, generally Fridays, but sometimes Monday and Fridays! I’m also big on cooking!

Heather my partner, who is 27, she’s a hair stylist, loves gigs, music, socialising l, tattoos and travelling, she’s really chill and lovely.

It’s a chilled house, so we’re looking for a chilled and respectful house mate, to be a friend as well. This isn’t a party house, but we aren’t complete clean freaks, just clean after yourself. Hopefully keen for a bbq and the rare party here and there. Also dinner parties! So looking for someone to be social but we also respect each other’s space and time.

You, are hopefully 25-35, professional, likes to chill / socialise, but also won’t mind being part of the house and have a meal here and then, maybe a pub night / night out. If you want to do anything to your room, let me know and if I agree I’ll help / pay and do it! Such as shelves or painting it.

Rent is £625 + about £150 for bills and deposit is a months rent.
