All properties on the development are fitted with an alarm system, which allows residents to summon help in an emergency. It enables residents to make immediate contact with the Development Manager or in their absence with the alarm control centre. A pull cord to activate the alarm is situated in every room. Advice on how to use the alarm system will be given to every resident when they move in.
