I am looking for a long term tenant for my 2 bedroom apartment in Leith close to the shore. 2 double bedrooms and large modern bathroom and kitchen with plenty of storage.
Viewings are possible - Please send me some information about yourself and circumstances, number of tenants to live here, your income level and any info you think would help me know more about you. I'm really looking for someone who wants to make this their home for a few years.
References and proof of income required, professional couple is preferred and would like someone who can really enjoy the area and the flat as I made it.
Large very comfortable king size bed in the main bedroom, big sofa and some other furniture is in the house along with all kitchen appliances, I would require them to be replaced or paid for if damaged during the rental period. This house is completely ready to be moved into with wi-fi but tenant will be required to pay the council tax and electricity bill on top of the rent (band D)
There is no gas in the flat.
I’m really looking for someone I can trust and get along with as this flat means a lot to me.
