.NET Technical Lead - Manchester

Adria Solutions Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Technical Lead (.Net) to join our growing client in Manchester. As a Technical Lead (.Net), you will develop, articulate, and continually evolve the company's strategic technical direction and drive profitable business growth using multi-channel technical solutions for our client.

The duties of the Technical Lead (.Net) will include but not be limited to:

Scoping, research, plan, procure, co-ordinate and execute technical solutions to deliver against business objectives.

Making sure that all technical solutions are built with security and regulatory requirements in mind (eg PCI compliance, GDPR, FCA, ICO) making sure there is no consumer detriment or reputational risk.

Manage all relationships with external firms that provide technical solutions
Ensuring that all technical solutions are future proof, consumer focused and built in collaboration with the wider management team.
Proactively identify opportunities to broaden or improve the consumer proposition/journey.
Report on the progress against your business objectives, both written and oral, to board level.
Essential skills and experience:
Hands on development skills with technologies such as .Net

Experience with compliance eg PCI compliance, GDPR, FCA and ICO.

Experience forecasting technologies and building tech stacks.
Mobile Development knowledge
Experience leading a small team
Excellent Stakeholder management skills
