Position Overview: They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to their diverse range of projects, providing expertise in cost management, commercial oversight, and ensuring the successful delivery of major programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.

* Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide accurate quantity surveying services.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-effective solutions.

* Work closely with project managers to manage budgets and financial aspects of projects.

* Provide valuable insights and recommendations for cost optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a professional services environment.

* Strong understanding of cost management principles and techniques.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Salary: The salary for this position is competitive and ranges from £(phone number removed) to £75,000, dependent on experience.
