Monthly bills average £50-£100 depending on the season. This is for gas central heating and electricity. Broadband will be installed soon. In the summer the house absorbs warmth from the sun and generally doesn't need to be heated. The double room listed is the warmest in the house, as it gets constant sunshine being south facing.
About me I'm a very easy going, gentle and supportive person. I love gardening and sea swimming in my spare time, as well as doing bits and bobs around the house.
I'm an art writer and work remotely from home, but I do stay away with family quite often. A heavy sleeper or a fellow night owl like myself would be a bonus as I often work with clients in Australia, Canada, and the U. S and sometimes do (quiet) meetings at night in their time zones.
I also live with chronic health conditions and while I'm independent I do require a housemate who is understanding, and considerate of my health. Otherwise I'm looking for someone who's eco-conscious and lgbt friendly.
