Were recruiting for a Logistics Supervisor to join our Greatworth to Southam Area.
As a Logistics Supervisor we require you to provide guidance and delivery within your assigned area on all matters relating to security and logistics. This includes Materials and Equipment Management, area logistic and security operations including tunnel access controls and liaison with the central security team regarding area specific security incidents.
Well need you to implement policies and processes to ensure the Operational Support team is safe, effective and efficient whilst concurrently educating staff with industry concepts, practices and procedures.
Wed also like you to ensure that the Operational Support Strategy is adhered to and provide guidance on all Operational Support area. Ensuring the business complies with regulations and update policies and processes when required and maintain records, proving that the vehicle fleet is compliant with regulations.
Wed like you to be able to control and reduce operating costs, providing specialist knowledge relating to Operational Support management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in a construction environment desired
Security Awareness
SIA Licence desirable
Literate in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work in shift pattern
Driving licence is essential for this position
