Finance Administrator Responsibilities:
* Reviewing job packs and raising sales orders
* Purchase Ledger raising PO, processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements
* Sales Ledger checking job pack costs, generating invoices
* Credit Control Aiming to keep debtors days under 60
* Overseeing onsite process and generating invoices
* Dealing with accounting queries
* Quotations
* Ensure administration work is carried out to follow company process & procedures.
* Adhering to good housekeeping within work station workstation
* Working with good safety habits at all times. Promoting and supporting safe production and positive attitude.
* General support & administration
* Any other ad-hoc duties
Finance Administrator Experience:
- Proven experience as a financial administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience using Sage financial software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Finance Administrator Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.50 per week, Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
