One of our key clients are have a requirement for an experienced Change Analyst. Working with a renowned global name in the energy sector, you'll be joining the team at an exciting time as they kick off a large implementation programme of a new enterprise-wide ERP system.

The Change Management team on the programme are responsible for leading the people side of change, working closely with our business leaders and business representatives in the programme to help prepare, support, and equip our teams to adopt these new changes.

Reporting into the Group Change Manager, the Change Analyst is responsible for developing, documenting, and managing data and information in support of the identification and management of the people impacts of this major transformation programme. This includes:
* Basic people data
* Change impacts
* Stakeholder mapping
* Process maps
* Pulling together content for communication and engagement needs

SKills & Experience:

** Experience working in a similar Change function during a large transformation/Programme

** Experience working cross functional and geographically distributed teams

** Experience in working with senior stakeholders

** Highly organised, with strong Excel skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise

** Strategic and cross-function thinker

** Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making within scope of responsibilities

** Expereince of participating in programme workshops to capture change impacts

** Data Anlysis & Change Impact Analysis
