D365 Sales and Marketing Product Manager

Position objective:

As a D365 Sales and Marketing Product Manager, you'll play a fundamental role in shaping the strategic roadmap of the product. You will drive its implementation, ensuring effective use across teams and supporting core functionalities. This position is all about innovation, problem-solving, and delivering results.

Your key responsibilities:

Define the strategic roadmap for D365 within Impellam
Create and own the product strategy and functional requirements
Design effective processes in D365 based on business needs
Drive the implementation of D365 across Sales and Marketing
Act as the platform developer and functional consultant
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to increase product adoption and utilisation
Leverage your skillset to develop new features within D365
Coordinate across teams and partners as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
Maintain a long-term perspective on the market and product
Communicate project progress, updates, and status reports to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making
Ensure successful implementation of tactical plans and requirements during development.

Skills and experience needed for the role:

Experience conducting customer interviews and user testing
Experience defining and tracking success metrics
Experience in performing market assessments
Strong record of mastering the art of resource allocation
Background in Sales or Sales Marketing
Experience implementing D365 products, ideally for Sales and Marketing.
