The flat is occupied by the landlord and can house a maximum of three people at any given time, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. You will have access to a shared washing machine and some storage space under the bed.
Located just 10 minutes from Leytonstone tube station on the central line, you'll have easy access to all the best parts of London. The studio was built in 2016 and is cleaned to the highest standards, offering a warm and comfortable space to relax in. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave with grill, sink, and induction plate with pots and pans. You'll also have access to a mini fridge and all the necessary kitchen tools for cooking. Fast, unrestricted fiber wifi is included in your stay.
Conveniently located near supermarkets, groceries, pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops, you'll have everything you need just around the corner. Please note that street parking is available but requires a permit from the council, which is not included in the rent.
Smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. We are looking for a professional or student, male or female, who is looking to stay for at least 6 months. Don't miss out on this exceptional opportunity to experience the best that London has to offer!
