The property is a flat share, but the room advertised is a spacious ensuite with its own kitchen, perfect for a single tenant. The room is furnished with a double or single bed that can be opened up for more space. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples at this time.
The flat is occupied by the landlord and can house a maximum of three people at any given time, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. You will have access to a shared washing machine and some storage space under the bed.
Located just 10 minutes from Leytonstone tube station on the central line, you'll have easy access to all the best parts of London. The studio was built in 2016 and is cleaned to the highest standards, offering a warm and comfortable space to relax in. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave with grill, sink, and induction plate with pots and pans. You'll also have access to a mini fridge and all the necessary kitchen tools for cooking. Fast, unrestricted fiber wifi is included in your stay.
Conveniently located near supermarkets, groceries, pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops, you'll have everything you need just around the corner. Please note that street parking is available but requires a permit from the council, which is not included in the rent.
