Information Manager - £600pd (Outside IR35) - 12 Months - Remote/Warrington/Cumbria

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious engineering organisation who are looking to recruit an Information Manager to join their Digital Asset Management programme and ensure the organisation, storage, retrieval, and dissemination of project-related information to ensure timely access and accuracy of data for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Develop and deliver project information management strategy in line with DAM Programme delivery strategy and the project execution plan.
Responsible for ensuring the overall project processes and standards (incl BIM, Document control etc) are in line with the Asset Management strategy, IM strategy and PPP standards.
Interpret and communicate programme and project specific contracted information requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
Implement policies relating to information security, confidentiality, export controls and protection of intellectual property with the project.
Ensure project team members are appropriately aware of the use of digital tools and understand what IM is within the project and their roles and responsibilities.
Promote effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Continually searches for ways to improve customer service, including the removal of barriers and providing solutions.
Work with other department leads to build the collaborative working culture to ensure the success of the project and overall programme.
Act as an advocate on information security best practices across the project and utilising assistance from digital security experts within the programme team.
Develop, maintain and timely expediting of Project and Programme reporting requirements and procedures.
