Role: HR Advisor
Location: Colchester, Essex
Salary / Rate of pay: £30,000 to 35,000
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular care home business and we have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor to join their team.

Responsible for delivering comprehensive, expert advice and guidance to managers across the organisation in a coaching style. You will primarily be supporting Home and Regional Managers with any HR/ER queries that they have alongside the HR Business Partners and Head of HR in a proactive manner. You will build and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst delivering excellent high standards of advice and guidance to Aria Care Group with a customer centric approach.
Working from office & a hybrid working role
A mix of both should you choose, however you of course can work from the office full time
Hybrid model, working 2 days from home & 3 days in the Office
A full time & permanent role
Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730, half an hour lunch break

Career progression/ opportunitiesMain Accountabilities:
To provide a comprehensive advisory service to all managers and employees, whilst ensuring that the organisation follows best practice in the management of its staff in line with employment law.
Handling complex ER matters.
Supporting, influencing, and guiding managers on all aspects of HR in line with business objectives.
Understand and mitigate any risk to the organisation and escalate to the appropriate person accordingly.
Maintain visibility in the business, ensuring that site visits are completed to any focus Homes as and when necessary.
Carry out new management visits and provide the necessary HR support required.
Develop, update, and implement HR Policies and Procedures ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
Support the HR Business Partner.
Analyse HR data (exit interviews, absence, turnover, benefits, surveys etc) to identify any trends and provide robust solutions to deal with any issues.
Support the HR Administration team in collating and preparing HR related statistical information needed for reporting requirement to the senior HR management team.
To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of immigration and to coordinate regular monthly immigration audit checks across your division, ensuring that managers respond to any queries and anomalies.
To create, develop and facilitate HR training courses in line with the needs of the business.
Continually learn and develop in all areas of HR to support your own and the organisations growth. Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Expertise:
CIPD - Level 5 (Desirable)
Experience in complex ER matters up to and including dismissal
Good understanding of employment legislation.
Experience in a fast-paced multi-sited organisation (Desirable)
Experience with managing high volumes of casesEmployee relations heavy - the main focus
