We are recruiting for a Hotel Maintenance Technician in Minehead, Somerset, to join a unique and special service like no other.

This role is a permanent, full-time job vacancy and may suit candidates living in Minehead, Dunster, Watchet, or other nearby locations and it is commutable off the A39.

* £23,712 - £25,647 per annum DOE.

Your Role
As their Maintenance Technician, you will assist in the overall maintenance of the hotel/service including the building itself and the grounds. You will be joining a fabulously friendly team. You will implement all planned works onsite and other maintenance repairs at the property. You will be key in ensuring that the buildings are fit for purpose for the young people the service supports.

Criteria

* Experience in a previous Maintenance/Handyman/Caretaker role essential.

* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations.

* Ability to work with tools & power equipment.

* Driving Licence & access to a vehicle essential.
