Tradewind are seeking a committed KS2 teacher to lead a lovely Year 3 class for the summer term in a supportive school in Hyde.
Tradewind are currently looking to recruit a Year 3 Teacher for a long-term position in a school with a fantastic reputation in a diverse community in Hyde, Tameside. The role will commence April 2024 and will run until the end of the academic year with the possibility of an extension, depending upon your success. The school will pay a competitive salary paid to scale in line with the role involving full-class responsibilities.

Year 3 Teacher
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be accountable for the learning and progress of approximately 30 children within a mixed ability class. Whilst a large percentage of pupils are working at age related expectations, you will be required to plan targeted interventions to bridge learning gaps and address missed curriculum content.

To join us and be successful in this role:
You must hold QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification
Have experience teaching in a KS2 setting (Year 3 desirable) with excellent references to support your previous experience
Provide a CV that covers the last 10 years employment history with no gaps
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
Have a right to work in the UK
