Senior Project Manager

Salary up to £70,000.

Hybrid working, Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.

Electrical Company Car with Free EV charging point install.

If car allowance preffered it will be £5800.

Job Purpose as Senior Project Manager -

Develop and implement a project delivery model on the account based on expected customer pipeline.
Full lifecycle management from Project implementation, delivery, documentation, supply chain to handover & warranty management.
Development and reporting of project pipeline.
Monthly reporting as required
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and client stakeholders.
Manage project resource levels on the account to maintain profitability whilst providing a project delivery capability
Support the account with new business opportunities, and organics growth where projects are not currently delivered.
Oversee the development of concept designs to achieve the target budget and technical solutions.
Responsible for delivery in adherence to the Clients Project Standards & Playbook.
Responsibility for Health &Safety and CDM on relevant projects.
Implementation & compliance with all statutory, ISS procedures.
Financial ownership and management & reporting of own projects P&L.
Team development/mentoring
Support UK&I Capital Projects Operations Performance with monthly reporting, deployment of new initiatives, and feedback on their progress.
Technical Expertise/Knowledge/Qualifications needed to be the Senior Project Manager -

10 yrs Project Management Experience. Proven track record in high class delivery
Ideally the job holder should have been educated to at least Degree, HND or equivalent full technical standard. Ideally hold a recognised qualification in project management.
Technical expertise, qualifications in a recognised Fabric/Surveying discipline would be an important pre-requisite of the role.
Knowledge of key operational procedures, eg, project road maps, planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety.
Full knowledge of information technology, Microsoft projects, Windows, spreadsheets, keyboard skills, etc.
