The role will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes such as:
* working alongside other solicitors, partners, and paralegals;
* developing relationships with clients and third-party professionals and referrers such as accountants, IFAs etc;
* dealing with a mix of complex Private Client Case Work, i.e. Probate, Administration of Estates, Wills, IHT Planning Advice, General Estate Planning , trusts drafting and administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection;
* handling their own case load;
* using the Firms case management systems.

Applying
We will be progressing applicants to the next stage based on applications demonstrating the following knowledge, experience and skills:
* Ideally have at least 5 years of private client experience (however, those who either have shorter or greater post qualification experience will be considered);
* Be a qualified Solicitor or CILEx qualified;
* Good practical knowledge of a variety of complex private client matters;
* Ideally have previous experience of dealing with high net worth clients and business owner clients;
* Have good knowledge of case management systems and other IT software such as Microsoft Office;
* Be able to work with minimum supervision;
* Good client care skills, providing professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of Conduct;
* Proven experience of handling own caseload, working to and managing deadlines, alongside the capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets;
* Good organisational and matter management skills and a committed attitude;
* Good writing and drafting skills, with excellent communication and technical ability;
* Have the ability to work as part of a team and be reliable and enthusiastic;
* A driving licence and access to a vehicle as travel will be required throughout the North West region (*if you have a disability that prevents you from driving please specify so we can assess what reasonable adjustments can be made).
