To £35,000 - £45,000 basic, OTE £60,000 (Uncapped) + Car Allowance + Benefits

Our client is a national provider of a range of facilities services including manned guarding, electronic security, fire detection and commercial cleaning services.
They are currently experiencing rapid growth in line with an ambitious strategy. Due to this success, they are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands.
What you need:
* Extensive field sales experience gained in a new business role in the manned guarding or cleaning sector.
* A proven track record gained selling to business from SME to corporate.
* A demonstrable history of consistent target achievement.
* A team mentality
* Highly developed commercial acumen
* A "hunter" mentality
