We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable developer in Southsea. The business, which works across hospitality, care home, residential and commercial sectors, delivers projects typically value up to £35mil across Hampshire/ Dorset / Surrey.

They are now looking to bring an additional Quantity Surveyor into the commercial team to manage schemes in the region, working closely with the site teams to ensure maximum profitability of the projects whilst ensuring key deadlines are met. You will be reporting directly to Managing Surveyor, working on your own project or with a Senior Surveyor.

In return, they're offering a salary of circa £50-60K + package and the opportunity to join an award winning business with sustainable growth, an excellent reputation for training, development, and long term retention of staff within the business.
