Salary: £20,500 to £25,000 (Based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Summary:

As a Personal Lines Account Handler specialising in Home Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Travel Insurance, Liability Insurance, and Business Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their diverse insurance needs. This position encompasses both inbound and outbound interactions with both individual consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B). Your primary responsibilities as a Personal Lines Account Handler will include evaluating client requirements, offering expert advice, and facilitating insurance applications across a wide spectrum of insurance categories. This role demands exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring clients receive the optimal insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·Personal Lines Account Handling: Conduct consultations with clients to fully grasp their unique insurance requirements for home, vehicle, travel, liability, and business coverage.

·Account Handling Expertise: Provide expert advice to clients, covering the various insurance policies and coverage options available in each category, leveraging your skills as a Personal Lines Account Handler.

·Account Management: Assist clients in completing insurance applications meticulously and efficiently, ensuring all relevant details are accurately captured.

·Customer Service: Responsively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests with a high degree of professionalism, maintaining an exemplary level of customer satisfaction, in line with your role as a Personal Lines Account Handler.

Qualifications:

·At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry or similar role.

·College diploma or equivalent (Degree in a related field is advantageous).

·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

·Exceptional organisational skills and an acute attention to detail.
