Recruitment Consultant role and responsibilities

Identify opportunities and build relationships with active and passive candidates.
Find new pools of talent to add to your pipeline through a blend of traditional and digital recruitment methods.
Ensure all candidates are compliant and information is up to date and accurate on our database.
Communicate regularly with candidates after you've secured them a role.
Source new candidates to add to your pipeline.
Regularly arrange and meet with clients.
Expand knowledge within the industry and keep up to date with upcoming projects within the region.

Recruitment Consultant requirements

We believe that anyone can be taught the skills needed to be a successful Recruitment Consultant, and with over 20 years of recruitment experience and an in-house dedicated trainer, we can teach you the skills needed to thrive at PSR Solutions.

We have a tailored sales training programme where we will teach you everything you need to be a great recruitment consultant, however, please be aware this is a sales role, and you will be expected to hit regular KPIs and targets each month.

Ability to acquire and maintain relationships.
Great organisational skills & able to prioritise your own workload.
Work well under pressure and meet consistent targets.
A can-do attitude, strong work ethic and someone that always wants to "win".

It is also advantageous that you can drive and ideally own your own vehicle as you will be required to attend site visits and client meetings.

Recruitment Consultant benefits

Salary - DOE
Working hours 08:00 - 17:00
Four days in the office, one day working from home.
Uncapped commission (monthly and quarterly commission).
Incentive trips.

Annual team conference.
Holiday increases 1 day per year after each year of service.
