A talented Branch Manager (or an Assistant Manager looking to make a step up) with experience in managing retail operations is required for a position based in Reading for a reputable, specialist retail company who are growing healthily. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the store, operations, staff and will report into the Area Manager. Experience with managing clothing outlets will be required and there will be plenty opportunity for progression.

The position will have a heavy focus on the training, recruitment and development of the team.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store meets and exceeds the agreed financial objectives, whilst delivering an excellent offering to customers through consistent availability within a clean and appealing environment.

A salary of up to £37,000 is available depending on experience.

The position will be based in central Reading
