Pertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Bookings Administrator for our client based in Aylesbury.
Working as part of a small team the Booking Administrator handles enquiries for a series of community programmes.
Salary: £24,000
Hours: 8:45am-5:30pm
Duties:
Making outbound telephones calls to book appointment across a wide variety of programmes
Taking inbound calls from tenants, taking appropriate action to ensure customer/client satisfaction
Ensuring the safe handling of customer sensitive personal data in line with data protection
Maintaining the internal CRM system
Having the ability to decide on the most appropriate means of communication
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written skills
Experienced in using IT platforms
Accuracy in reporting & Administration
