Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Customer Services Supervisor for a specialist supplier of equipment used in the coffee and cafe sector. The role is for the new UK arm of a high flying global business at a very exciting time for the company. As the ideal candidate you will have experience of dealing directly with customers in a product or equipment orientated supplier, processing and tracking customer orders and dealing with order related administration.

Experience of a high paced environment is preferred but great base skills and the right attitude is key.

Your duties for the role include:

Providing advanced customer support across the range of products and services

Processing and tracking customer purchase orders on internal systems

Working closely with customers and liaising regularly with internal UK and international teams

Answering queries over the phone and email providing information to customers

Processing debit/credit memos and other order orientated administration
