Resident Liaison Officer

Beaconsfield

£17.00 - £19.00 per hour, plus covered mileage

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a market leading, international Contractor who are currently looking for an RLO for their retrofit projects on an ongoing temp basis.

There are 3 projects, all within 20 minutes drive from one another, and the successful candidate will be working on one at a time alongside the Project Manager in the site offices.

Your day to day duties would include, but not be limited to:

* Booking in appointments

* Liaising with tenants and subcontractors

* Dealing with complaints

* Working with the site team

* Building strong relationships

You must have:

* CSCS card (must have or be willing to get)

* Driving license and vehicle

* Experience working in the role of an RLO

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm and you will be fully site based.

My client are able to offer Asbestos Awareness training if necessary.
