Contract: Flexible hours to suit your needs

Salary: £16,500 - £20,000 - Determined by experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

* Supervising pupils during short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring a smooth continuation of learning activities.

* Being the primary adult in the classroom, overseeing student behavior, and maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment.

* Delivering pre-prepared exercises and lesson plans to a high standard, engaging students of various ages and abilities.

* Building positive and professional relationships with students, while ensuring adherence to the school's behavior policy.

* Circulating throughout the classroom, providing support to students, and ensuring their comfort and engagement in learning activities.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

* An Enhanced DBS check, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.

* Previous experience teaching or working with children, demonstrating your ability to manage behavior effectively and support student learning.

* A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification is advantageous, but not essential.

* A passion for supporting students and fostering their growth and development in an educational setting.
