Design Manager / Building Services Manager / Senior Design Engineer / Principal Design Engineer required!

True have the privilege of working in partnership with a Contractor who design, build and install sustainable heating solutions to Commercial sites throughout the UK & Ireland, largely sustainable plant rooms, ASHP & District Heating for PSDS contracts, Education focused.

They're looking for Design Manager / Building Services Manager / Senior Design Engineer / Principal Design Engineer. The role will be to coordinate information between the design and on-site teams, your key focus will be to support translation between the two departments, helping to smoothen and hurdles which present themselves in the early project phases. The business acts as a principal contractor, they'll consult and project manage sites for local authorities with the objective to meet net zero targets, covering everything from full M&E through to fabric.

Theyre ideally looking for a Design Manager / Building Services Manager / Senior Design Engineer / Principal Design Engineer with experience visiting site. Someone who appreciates a Contractors stand point on some issues. You will have a Mechanically bias background with experience working in fit out, district heating, plant rooms, boilers, CHP or Heat Pumps.

£70K - £90K Basic Salary
