Job Title: Mechanical Project Engineer
Location: Midlands
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hrs a week, (08:00 17:00)

Car Allowance & Fuel CardWe have an urgent requirement for an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join a dynamic team in the Midlands. As the Mechanical Project Engineer, you will place a crucial role in the successful delivery of MEPH schemes, focusing on Education and Commercial new builds. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the Companys on-site representative, overseeing the installation of full mechanical packages ranging from £2-£6million.

Responsibilities
Liaison with clients, supply chain, delivery teams, and management
Health & Safety management with support from QHSE manager
Attendance at internal CVR/Progress meetings
Financial management of projects, including procurement and costings assistance.
Specification and ordering of materials.
Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
Management and briefing of installation personnel.
Resolution of installation and access issues.
Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
Programme and project planning.Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience with leading M&E Subcontractors
Strong mechanical background
SMSTS or SSSTS
Relevant industry qualifications
