Job Summary:
Future Build Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Fire Maintenance Engineers to work with a reputable main contractor in the M&E sector. This would be to work along side Housing Associations and Local Authorities on Fire Maintenance Contracts in and around Portsmouth. The work would take place on low/mid rise apartments.
As a Fire Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of fire safety systems within our social housing properties. Your responsibilities will include inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire protection equipment, conducting risk assessments, and implementing preventive maintenance programs
The Ideal Fire Maintenance Engineer will have:
* Experience in fire alarm and AOV servicing, maintenance, fault diagnostics, repairs, and installation
* Experience working with Emergency Lighting Systems
Qualifications required for a Fire Maintenance Engineer:
* UK Driving License
* FIA Qualifications or IFEDA
Schedule:
* Monday - Friday 08:00am-5:00pm
