Buildforce Solutions are currently working on behalf of a Tier 1 Contractor who have a multi million pound project in Leicestershire.
They are currently looking for a Site / Finishing Manager to work on a large commercial multiroom scheme which completes at the end of 2024.
Ideal candidate:
Previous experience working on multi-storey schemes.
Background working in a Finishing Manager/ Finishing Foreman role.
Able to work autonomously with support from a Project Manager.
The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Excellent subcontractor management.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate
Duties:
Effectively coordinating trades and labour on site
Assisting Package Managers with snagging & de-snagging.
Ensuring the project is carried out to a high quality.
Health & Safety.
