General Cover Supply Teacher

Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire

Salary Range: £120 - £145 per day

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable General Cover Supply Teacher to join Ivy Resource Group. As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education for students when regular teachers are absent. Your flexibility and ability to engage with diverse age groups and subjects will be essential.

Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects and year groups.
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Adapting to different school settings and following school policies.
Providing constructive feedback to students and maintaining accurate records.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working as a supply teacher or covering general classes.
Strong communication skills and adaptability.
