Change and Communications Manager
Looking for someone to join a team of 5 change and comms professionals to work on a risk and technology transformation programme.
Responsibilities:
Manage a workstream on an overall transformation programme from a change and comms perspective
Deliver and coordinate a change and comms plan to roll support rolling our new capabilities across the client group, including writing key messages and launching new initiatives
Plan and facilitate the roll-out of onboarding applications to new ways of working
Deliver all communications associated with building awareness of the capabilities in scope
Design and manage the business readiness approach for the workstream
Work with client tech experts to support engagement with business leaders and tech community
Key Skills:
Previous experience of developing and delivering change and comms to meet client outcomes
Experience dealing with a client with wide ranging functions and team needs
Experience translating complex technical solutions into clear and practical engagement artefacts
Previous consulting experience
Experience in a tech environment (desirable)
Experience:
Delivered a change and comms role previously
Built a change plan and understands the impact of change
Strong consulting experience
