Our 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan is available for short term lets (2-6 weeks at a time) once the holiday season is over eg November & December.

Available at £325pw including electric, gas* and bed linen.

Same price as 5 nights at a Premier Inn so ideal for workmen needing place to stay midweek. 3 bedrooms so split the cost, plus lounge/dining area so better than hotel room where no seating or kitchen space etc

*For multiple week lets (2+ weeks) once gas bottle is empty you would need to replace as can be expensive if left on 24/7.

Ideal for builders/workmen needing digs , Dungeonness annual inspectors, or fellow caravan owners who cannot stay on their pitch all year and need to 'move out/off their site' to ensure the site is not classed as residential. Or those wanting a few weeks by the sea, without any kids or distractions for walking or cycling.

Please note - the clubhouse, pool etc are not open and no entertainment, so accommodation only ideal for workman, other owners or perhaps those wanting peace and quiet.

Unable to consider long term rentals (eg can't do 6 month lets like for a flat/house), just for the off peak season and to help towards site fees.

Deposit £250 and rental payable in advance. Sorry but no pets and no smoking inside the caravan.

Our caravan is 12 foot wide (std ones 10 foot), 36 foot long, has double glazing, gas central heating, 32 inch LCD freeview TV, 3 bedrooms (plus double sofa bed in lounge), private parking, is on a premium pitch in a quiet cul-de-sac location of circa 20 caravans (mainly owners), has a main bathroom plus second toilet.

Full holiday cost payable by bank transfer.
