Hello i am a single woman aged 30. I am looking for a room in a shared house with other like minded adults or a one bed house/flat for one person (myself only)
I am looking for long term tenancy preferably bills included, but it’s ok if it’s not included too.
I have two small dogs, I keep very clean and tidy. I am an overall hygienic clean person.
I claim UC and in receipt of housing benefit.
I also do eye lash extensions residual income.
I am able to afford £500pcm.
Please no time wasters, I am looking for private landlords that are willing to help and trust I can be a very good tenant.
