More about your role
This is a Fixed Term Contract until September 2021
Joining our busy People Services department you will motivate, lead and develop a team of HR Officers and Coordinators. You and your team will provide responsive support to manage the effective administration of the employee lifecycle processes.
You will be responsible for ensuring that HR requests are actioned in a timely and accurate manner against agreed Service Level Agreements. You will also be accountable for the continuous improvement of activities to maximise efficiencies of systems and processes.
Your team will maintain digital employee personnel files, ensuring all data is accurately recorded, stored and maintained within current systems in a timely manner. In addition, you will personally develop and maintain professional and proactive relationships with key stakeholders to support the delivery of a timely service.

More about you
You will need strong HR generalist experience and be used to working for a large business with conflicting demands on your time and your resources, experience of working within a HR Shared Service is highly desirable for this role.
To be successful in this role you will have strong team leadership skills, you will be able to efficiently lead, motivate, engage and develop a team of HR Officers, ensuring the team provides a high class HR Administration service to all Group companies.
Ideally you will be Level 5 CIPD qualified and will by system savvy, with past experience of working with and developing HR Systems.
