Warranty:
The minimum warranty on any vehicle or a part will be the guarantee implied by law. Furthermore we offer comprehensive warranty service on our domestic and light commercial stock provided by Warranty First. Warranties can range from 3 months to 3 year and levels of cover will depend on age on mileage of the particular vehicle.
Terms and Conditions:
The vehicle purchased is inspected and test driven by a customer and it is agreed to take delivery of this vehicle as set out in the contract as being satisfactory to customer requirements at the time of sale. It is understood that if the vehicle is provided without a current road fund license, M.O.T test certificate or insurance certificate, it is therefore customer's responsibility to ensure its legal usage on a public highway.
This vehicle is sold without any additional warranty or guarantee to that implied by law, unless stated otherwise in the advert and agreed on the final deal.
Customer will be given an every opportunity to examine and test the vehicle and by sigining the sale agreement will confirm that is completely satisfied with its condition at the time of purchase.
