Treasury & Security Analyst
£35,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience

We have a new opportunity for a Treasury & Security Analyst to join the team! This role promises exciting challenges and ample opportunities for professional growth. Youll manage the day-to-day treasury operations, monitoring and reporting on activities aligning with business plans, and optimising property security charging.
What youll be doing
*
Monitor daily cash flow and collaborate for accurate short-term forecasts.
*
Assist in weekly loan decisions, ensuring reconciliation to bank confirmations.
*
Liaise for timely loan rollovers, managing TMS for accurate recording.
*
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and post monthly interest accruals.
*
Monitor treasury budgets, explain variances, and prepare reporting tables and KPIs.
*
Input data into the quarterly Board Treasury Dashboard.
*
Assist with property charging exercises for new funding streams.
*
Maintain and update treasury security and Assets & Liability registers.
*
Prepare quarterly M&G Stock Movement Report, respond to asset charging queries.

Knowledge of treasury management systems and reporting.

Ability to produce clear and useful documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Approachable, flexible, and detail-oriented approach

Ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

Strong understanding of equality and diversity principles.
*
Good IT and systems skills, including Excel (intermediate to advance).
*
Flexible approach to working hours and content.
Housing association-specific treasury & security charging knowledge and experience would be advantageous, but these arent essential.
