Part Time Receptionist
Slough
Temporary approx. four months Part Time Hours
£11.50ph
We are actively seeking a confident, adaptable and committed individual to join our wonderful client based in Slough on a temporary basis on part time hours. You will be required to work Wednesday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team to assist the day to day running of the reception area and office whilst contributing to providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Duties:
* Answering calls and transferring to relevant person
* Welcoming in visitors to the office
* Responding to inquiries via phone and email
* Providing general administrative support
* Assisting with any hands on office related tasks (stocking fridge, ensuring tidy and presentable work space etc)
* Supporting other team members wherever needed.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous experience with face to face customer service or reception
* A proactive approach with ability to adapt and use own initiative
Please note that this is a part-time position and will require someone that can commit to full-time hours. Please do not apply if you are unable to work full-time hours on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
