Early Years Teacher, Chesham

Role: Early years teacher (EYFS)

Location: Chesham

Start Date: ASAP/ Easter

Supply desk is pleased to be working with a good rated school in the Chesham area that challenge the pupils to the best of their ability no matter what challenges they may face. The school is looking for a teacher with experience in teaching Early years pupils that help to fulfil their potential.

The role will require the following responsibilities:

Planning and delivering lessons that challenge the pupils
Keep the students enthusiastic about learning
Motivate and stimulate a child's learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience
Keeping the pupils engaged with the lessons
Create an environment that allows the pupils to thrive
Monitor and set targets for the social and academic progress of all pupils
Endeavour to build good relationships with the students, so there is mutual respect

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one.
Hold QTS / PGCE or the equivalent (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
Able to provide two years worth of employment references.
Early years teacher status (EYTS) and meet the teachers standards
Prior experience in a nursery, preschool or school
Positive and enthusiastic approach to education.
Ability to commute to High Wycombe
