We've lived here since the house was built at the start of 2021.

There are many schools nearby, super easy access to the motorway, local shopping parks like Longbridge and Northfield, and there's plenty of public transport available with buses and the Kings Norton train station that has a free park & ride.
We're moving back to Scotland at the end of January and would love to rent our house to a family, professionals/couples etc.
The keys and the house will be ready on the 30th of January.
The photos include our furniture (some after we moved in and some taken today) but the house comes unfurnished (though we've installed shutters in the living room and blinds throughout which are staying).
The street view below is from 2021, I believe, there's much more vegetation in the garden now and the park is almost finished.
