Brook Street UK are happy to announce a new full-time, position working with a highly reputable and well-established financial services firm based in Tonbridge, Kent. The administrative role will involve customer service duties.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Have strong customer service skills
Have great time management skills, to ensure all requests are responded to within a time frame, ensuring all targets are met and customers are dealt with in a timely manner
Have great time management and organisational skills
Take a methodical approach to resolve customer queries and issues
Liaise with internal teams, third party suppliers and customers, ensuring that all are updated
Have PC Literacy with good administrative skills
Previous office experience (from any industry) is required for this role.
